"Shabri has been a great find to me professionally. There are many staging companies out there that will take on the “job” of staging a vacant home… THAT is easy. You take your pre-determined living sets and deliver them to an empty home.. in and out, no mess. What Shabri can do is MUCH more sophisticated, difficult and sensitive and yet she does it with such ease. Shabri has helped me stage numerous “live-in” homes, where we use most of the clients own furniture and décor to re-stage the home into a more aesthetically pleasing manner. (Sometimes she will add a few things here and there or ask them to remove items). Shabri has a fantastic eye for space, flow and warmth. I introduce her to my clients and she warmly greets them so they become comfortable with her. She will assess every room, take photos, and within 48 hours will produce a report with photos explaining what needs to be moved where. She will arrange the report in order of priority… as many times sellers get worn out, as the process of getting the home ready for market draws on and is quite exhausting. This ensures that the most important things get done. Shabri is able to do all of this WITHOUT offending the seller… this is quite a task. The transformation of many of my listing has been astounding! The positive up beat nature that she shows up with to every job and the fact that she is dependable make her one of my greatest assets.
